1.Q: How could I get samples?
A: We can supply some free samples ( total value under 5 US dollars) If you have
a FedEx、DHL、TNT、UPS account or other courier freight collectable account and agree
to collect the courier freight. If the total value of samples is more than 10 US
dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples cost and courier freight.
We will send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment.If you don't have
any courier account, you can ask your courier to collect samples from our
company or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T. After we begin our business, we will turn back the samples charges.
2.Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.
3.Q: How can I get your details of products and price informations?
A: Please send us your email or fax to inform us your full requirements for your required products so that we can quote you our very exact & best prices as your full requirements.
4.Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order with signature and company stamps by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice(P/I) or Sale Contract(S/C) for your countersignature, But we need to know the following information for your order:
*1)-Shipping Information - Company Name, Street Address, Phone Number, Fax Number,
Destination airport or sea port, Transportation method( By courier, By air or
by ocean container)
*2)-Product Information - Specifications, Quantity, Unite Price, Packing, Delivery time,
Payment terms etc.
*3)-Shipping Instruction-Notify party name, Consignee Name, Shipping documents(Indicate
how many original & copies).
5.Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes. We can arrange transportation by sea or by air.
6.Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: Well we can accept following payment terms as different total values.
1). T.T 100% before shipment--If the total value under USD5000,Of course we prefer T.T 100% before shipment If the total value is more than USD5000,but It should be also acceptable by our customers.
2). T.T 30% deposit before production & T.T 70% before shipment.
3). T.T 30% in advance and T.T 70% at once against fax copies of original documents.
3). Irrevocable L/C payable at sight---The L/C should be opened by First Grade International
Bank and It is also just for good reputations customers from worldwide.
Pls kindly note If you accept T.T 100% in advance,Of course you will get our very lowest price for any products,If you take T.T 30% in advance and T.T 70% against fax copies,also you will have a much better price than L/C conditions. Anyway, the buyer will have the rights to choose the payment. Anyone choose T/T should make a contract before pay. The facsimile of our contract is valid. The price which pay by L/C will higher than the price of T/T.
11. Q: How can we become your sole distributor or agent?
A: If you can sell our products more than 50mts per month, you could be one
of our distributor or agent in your city or area; If you can sell our products more than 100mts per month, you could be our sole distributor or agent in the country.
